Volunteers for Hagerfest 2025 will receive a free T-Shirt for their service. Volunteers will have the options of being a Greeter, Floater, Vendor Check-In Point of Contact, or a Hagerfest Representative at Baile Cask & Kettle.
Greeter's - will be located at Live at Hub City Vinyl, Hub City Brewery, or University Plaza as a greeter for attendees.
Floater's - will walk around the Downtown area checking on signage, attendees that may be lost, or observing events in downtown businesses that are happening in coordination with Hagerfest 2025.
Vendor Check In POC - will check in with vendors at Live at Hub City Vinyl or University Plaza during load in from 10:00AM - 11:00AM or throughout the Festival.
Hagerfest Representative - Representative that will remain in or around Baile Cask & Kettle. Will check on vendor, musicians, or Food Truck Park.
*All Volunteers will have the direct contact of event organizers for the duration of the event.
